Food Commons Projects

The Garden of Eden project has 3 employees that work 5 days a week to manage and maintain our small scale farm. We manage 5 tunnels were we do hydroponics farming in 4 tunnels and permaculture in 1 tunnel. In addition to the tunnel, we also have small kitchen garden portions where we plant vegetables and herbs. Our production varies per each season so we advise our customers to always contact us to find out what we have ready for consumption
